- Responsible for performing system analysis and providing technical support for AS400 application.
- Efficient knowledge on AS400- RPG, RPGLE, CL, CLLE, DB2.
- Involve in root cause analysis for incidents or problems.
- Perform impact analysis, debugging, coding, and testing as per change requests.
- Supporting daily issues, using ServiceNow application to create/update incident tickets, problem tickets and write knowledge article for the root cause of the issue.
- Perform coding, maintenance, implementation, production support and testing.
- Involve in fixing data issues, program abends, user issues, file locks, mass uploads.
- Working in a team environment, Consultants will focus on the analysis, design and development of technology-based solutions for Capgemini's clients.
- You will work alongside technical, functional and industry specialists to assist with the development, implementation and integration of innovative system solutions including methods, techniques and tools.
- You will contribute to client satisfaction by providing timely and responsive value-added services and work products.
