• Define the annual training calendar, to support the launches of new products and their displacement. As well as induction training
• Track and create reports on outcomes of all training and maintain training records for the company.
• Update the work plan, including special launches
• Defines the necessary resources for each training (Gifts, decoration, materials, etc.)
• Coordinate the delivery of Distributed Brands training courses for Directors, Sales, and Administrative Personnel.
• Attend training courses to stay up to date on new releases and products.
• Translates the information from corporate training into Spanish and adapts it to the Mexican market.
• Defines and coordinates the supply of resources for the course (Gifts, decoration, materials, etc.)
• Coordinate field visits to verify the knowledge of the staff, as well as learn first-hand about their needs and opportunities.
• Make scheduled and surprise visits to Sales Points.
• Defines the need to reinforce the training of the SA ́s. If necessary, resolve doubts about the products.
• Provides support in problem solving.
• Supports the selection of suppliers.
• Participate in the final definition of content.
