Responsible for ensuring a positive customer journey by providing a high level of specialist support in client relationship management as the single point of contact for planning to certification production through to invoice.

Guiding and undertaking a range of complex activities, resolving complex queries for customers by being a professional sparring partner for the (Key/Major) Client and actively participate in (monthly/quarterly) review meeting with the client.

Be able to plan assessors on audits according codes, qualifications, locations, costs.
KPI wil be defined according to the Region, Standards and clients to plan.
Be able of being multitask and organized.
Be able to run and understand regular reports (Power BI).
Position will be in a global company where the skills of communication will be important.
Strong communication & organisational skills

Fluent in Spanish & English
Analytical skills
