Job Description:

NielsenIQ is looking for a
Compensations Analyst to join our Latam C&B Team. This role will help support the regional benefits renewal process as well as support the deployment of regional reports.

The role will also be responsible for assisting the Senior Analyst in Mexico on day-to-day activities such as local compensation analysis, LOU's deployment, market reviews among other local activities.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Participate in all benefits renewal meetings across the LATAM region, supporting the local C&B and HR team.
  • Maintain constant communication with the broker's points of contact in order to anticipate all benefit renewals aiming to contribute in closing the best deal for the company.
  • Keep records and KPIs of benefits changes for each country in the region.
  • Assist Senior C&B Analyst in Mexico with all local Mexican daytoday compensation activities as required.
  • Organize and facilitate working sessions on specific benefit issues, providing templates & arranging for feedback where needed to contribute on the normal performance of the benefits that applies for each country.

Qualifications:


  • 2+ years of experience related to C&B
  • Conversational English required
  • Regional experience preferred
  • Compensation and Benefits experience preferred
  • Microsoft Excel advanced proficiency
  • Ability to take direction, be independent and multitask
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidence and ability to form strong relationships with stakeholders preferred
