Position:

Business Planning Analyst II

Arrow Electronics is looking for a Business Planning Analyst II to join our team in Guadalajara

What You'll Be Doing

Perform data analysis to facilitate business decision making and improvements.
Prepare and provide business analysis reports to serve customer/supplier needs more efficiently.
Create daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports/dashboards displaying key metrics through data review and analysis.
Participate in other ad hoc projects whenever necessary.
Participate in cross functional stakeholder calls.

What You'll Need

Typically requires a 4 year degree and 24 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
Experience with data management, dashboard, and report creation.
Ability to work independently and establish effective work relationships.
Strong attention to detail and ability to research ambiguous situations.
Strong analytical skills, communication and problem solving.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Macros is a plus.
Oracle, Power BI or similar tools is a plus.
Ability to communicate fluently in English.
