Position Summary:
The HPS Specialist will have support activities regarding the main HPS processes. He/she will help develop a culture of Continuous Improvement across all the areas and departments. He/she will help creating standards that will be used as the guidelines for the operations in the plants.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • As a part of the supervisory responsibilities, if there is not an employee to attend the process, the direct boss will have to attend the process or assign the activities to another employee (with equal qualifications)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Be in charge of the Certification Program for Team Leaders. Update documents and standards that belong to the HPS department. Train all personnel in the HPS standards and tools. Support the Problem Solving Process. Keep the confluence Data Base updated for Kaizen Keep the 5S's standards and KPI updated. Other activities as required by the HPS Manager.

  • The employee must have compliance with the IATF16949 standard, the specific requirements of clients, the Quality Management System (BMS and QMS Apps) the Environmental Management System according with ISO 14001 standard and the Health and Safety Management System according with ISO 4500
