Manufacturing Excellence & Process Engineering Manager

Manufacturing Excellence & Process Engineering Manager - Your future position?


As a member of the Taste and Wellbeing Operations team, reporting to the Cuernavaca Head of Operations, you'll have the responsibility of coordinating a team and regional Process Technology projects to bring consistency along the value chain with the aim to lead internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.


In this exciting role, you will:

  • Coordinate manufacturing technological process optimization and harmonization across the region;
  • Perform process technology training related to equipment and manufacturing processes;
  • Provide technical support and solutions to site Industrialization Specialists to promote shop floor quality and efficiency;
  • Lead a team of 8 direct reports, working on workload management, team training, and individual development;
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities;
  • Support production transfers to meet technological and quality expectation.

You?

  • Business or Technical University degree at least at a Bachelor's level.
  • 5+ years of experience within Manufacturing, Process Technology, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement or related.
  • 2+ years of experience leading a team;
  • Advanced level of English;
  • Good Project Management skills;
  • SAP experience.
