Manufacturing Excellence & Process Engineering Manager - Your future position?

As a member of the Taste and Wellbeing Operations team, reporting to the Cuernavaca Head of Operations, you'll have the responsibility of coordinating a team and regional Process Technology projects to bring consistency along the value chain with the aim to lead internal efficiency and customer satisfaction.

In this exciting role, you will:

Coordinate manufacturing technological process optimization and harmonization across the region;
Perform process technology training related to equipment and manufacturing processes;
Provide technical support and solutions to site Industrialization Specialists to promote shop floor quality and efficiency;
Lead a team of 8 direct reports, working on workload management, team training, and individual development;
Identify and lead continuous improvement opportunities;
Support production transfers to meet technological and quality expectation.

You?

Business or Technical University degree at least at a Bachelor's level.
5+ years of experience within Manufacturing, Process Technology, Process Engineering, Continuous Improvement or related.
2+ years of experience leading a team;
Advanced level of English;
Good Project Management skills;
SAP experience.
