LATAM GBS HR Business Process Design


Which is the main objective of this role?
Responsible for the process agenda in GBS organization, supporting the adoption of the GBS operating model of HR Processes

This role, also has the accountability to manage the conections and information flows with other Business Functions (e.g. Finance, Marketing, etc.)


Qualifications

What will you be doing?
Process Management

  • Overall responsible of the HR Operating Model Enterprise business architecture.
  • Identifies needs for standards, methodologies & frameworks related to HR Operating Model and GBS process management and organizational design and overall responsible for its design, development and deployment connecting with LatAm OM COE.
  • Ensures the correct functionality of the LatAm HR Process governance (process council, process sponsors, process owners)
  • Representing HR Process in Process Council meeting to achieve its proper functionality, ensuring HR process initiatives are fully aligned with the other Functions or Projects (endtoend, process, organization, and technology).
  • Activate, enable and support HR MBS Process Lider.
  • Monitor and measure HR process performance, especially on those that impact or contribute to the key indicators within the company's scorecard.
  • Responsible to define and coordinate the effort to improve process maturity
  • Design and maintain a Process Knowledge Base that will provide help to employees on their daytoday operations
  • Design and facilitate workshops related to process management and organizational design.
Enterprise Process Model

  • Manages the People Services and Hire to Retire Macroprocess; ensuring that it represents how work is done in across the sector.
  • Ensure connections and consistency with other company ́s processes, with the objective of delivering value to our customers
  • Defines People Services and Hire to Retire process agenda and priorities and acquires its validation and approval
Process Improvements

  • Ensure alignment with the standards and guidelines provided for LatAm OM COE.
  • Develop and ensure the compliance of the People Services and Hire to Retire business process redesign methodology to be used for process improvements that are FASTER, STRONGER, BETTER.
  • Stewards standard and professional process documentation and mapping
  • Ensure the compliance of the norms for process mapping in LATAM 360 Employee Experience Project.
Process Capabilities

  • Strengthen "workingbyprocess" capability through education, training, awareness and communication campaign into the LatAm HR OPS Function.
  • Benchmarking on process excellence
  • Propose tools, reference frameworks, and techniques for depicting business architecture in coordination with Sector COE.
People management

  • Connect with other Business Architects to ensure the correct alignment with Taxonomy Process.
  • Connect with PM, Change Management, Data Architecture and IT Architecture to ensure the correct execution of the project plan.

Who are we looking for?

Education/Requirements:

  • Professional / Bachelor in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Systems and/or Administration Technology Management or Business Management
  • Certification or training on Business Process Management
  • English and Spanish fluent professional.
  • At least 35 years' formal experience leading continuous improvement projects across functions
  • Black Belt Certified (desired)
  • Proven records in leading multifunctional team
  • Proven program and project management skills for large scale programs
  • Deep business acumen
  • Advanced knowledge in Visio, Power Point, Excel, Word & Project
  • Outstanding program/project management skills

Leadership:

  • Capable to lead multifunctional teams to common objectives.
