Technical Support Specialist - Microsoft Outlook, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365
Our international team consists of highly motivated and friendly colleagues who are looking forward to your support.


Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers experiencing issues with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
  • Support IT projects related to messaging and collaboration technologies
  • Analyze and diagnose technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Provide clear and concise instructions to customers on how to resolve technical issues
  • Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Collaborate with other technical support specialists and IT teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay uptodate with new features and changes to Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online

Requirements:


  • Degree in Information Technology
  • Strong technical knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft 365, and Exchange Online
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to work in an international and virtual team environment
  • Good didactic / teaching skills
  • Team player
  • Negotiation level English language knowledge
  • Willingness to travel
