Job Description:

Main Objective

Coordinate and ensure the implementation of all engineering change requests (ECRs) and RFQs, as well as to coordinate multidisciplinary teams on worldwide changes with Project Management Tools.

What challenges will you have?

Plant coordination of RFQ's in collaboration with all crossfunctional areas involved (Product Management
Regional Business Unit, Sales, Program Management Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, etc.)
Manage and track Engineering Change Requests
Responsible on the RFQ process at plant level to complete cost inquiries accurately and on time
Leading multidisciplinary teams in the successful change process
Ensure that project goals and objectives are met with Project Management Tools
Ensure the correct implementation of all the engineering change requests
Administrate global and local changes

Qualifications:

Who are we looking for?

Industrial Engineering degree or similar
From 3 to 5 years of experience in the Automotive Industry
At least 1 year with Project Management
Advanced / Proficient English level

Technical Knowledge

Microsoft Project
Power BI
OPL
MSE Project
