GENERAL SUMMARY:Responsible for all the direct to production area.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage the requisition of personnel starting from the swingings (line balancing) produced by the industrial engineering department.
Produce and manage the annual holidays, the vacations absences, formations for all manpower directed to production.
Responsible for the cost of employee salary and travel as needed.
To carry out the distribution, administrative management and the coordination of the employees for the team of replacement (Pool).
Responsible for the follow up the budget for the minutes vehicles by team and area.
Administration of the workplaces in collaboration with the people involved.
Develop a manpower forecast requirements by week and for the following month.
Taken the role to communicate and transfer knowledge of minute vehicle to floor supervisor.
Coordinates personnel during low or NO production periods.
Upload and update SKU's in SAPcosting (finance topic).
Create cost object hierarchy, cost collections and link them to their hierarchy in SAP (finance topic).
Create and close internal orders (productive and non productive hours in SAP)
Any other duties or responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
Performs activities related to safety.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Bachelor Degree
Bilingual ( English-Spanish) both oral and written desirable.
Two years in similar position
Great Team work experience
Human relation leadership
Files keeper
Computers skill
Good communication ability oral and written
