The NCF discounting agent works as a contract processor, providing services to Nissan Canada Finance while reviewing lease and loan contracts to get them funded as soon as possible.

This includes being trained in all aspects of the funding process and being able to work as a high quality control/compliance expert that handles the volume provided on a day to day basis with a high sense of commitment.

The agent is expected to work locally with two senior leads and 9 team mates, and ensure that a positive workplace relationship is maintained.

Depending on department requirements agent will work Monday through Friday from 9:00 am until 7:00 pm or Monday through Friday from 7:00 am until 3:30 pm and Saturday from 8:00 am through 4:00 pm.

Responsibilities:

Participate in training and updates to be in line with the funding process.

Verify, review and process contracts approved by credit (retail or lease) to comply with State and Federal regulations from all regions.

Detect inconsistencies or errors of multiple contracts depending on the state, type of contract, credit conditions, etc.
Maintain a high-quality funding level to acomplish department goals and minimize losses.
Fund lease/loan deals for Nissan, Infiniti, and Mitsubishi.
Keep productivity and high quality along with the team ́s KPI ́s.
Work with the seniors and teammates.
Be open to flexible scheduling, including Saturdays.

Requirements:

Full bachelor ́s degree
Fluent verbal and written English (French is also recommended)
Ability to adapt to high volumes.
Good presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Willingness to learn
Ability to adapt and be a creative problem-solver.
