_Responsibilities:
_

  • Resolve IT Onsite Cases, Escalations and business critical.
  • Review & Followup Cases onsite and remote with support and operations.
  • Liaise with other departments (Invoice Processing, T&E, Helpdesk, etc.) in order to resolve vendor's issues or doubts.
  • Perform administrative tasks related to functional job or assigned by direct Manager.
  • Action oriented, proactive and resourceful in solving problems.
  • Selfmotivated and able to work to stretching deadlines, meet deadlines and work under pressure.

_Qualifications:
_

  • Strong Windows OS Knowledge.
  • Good understanding/knowledge of IT Tools.
  • Good level of MS Office
  • Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & Excel.
  • Excellent grammar skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills spoken & written.
  • Strong understanding of Accounting Processes & Procedures.
