Capgemini is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Product Analyst to join our team to work for a top 10 US Insurance Carrier.

Locations:
Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico.

As a Commercial Product Analyst at Capgemini, you will:

  • Performs data analysis supporting growth and profitability in a region, or part of a region.
  • Performs detailed analysis of product, pricing, and growth at a countrywide, regional, and state level. The analysis includes marketplace dynamics, competitive analysis, pricing segmentation, and line and segment level analysis within the assigned scope and support from the leader.
  • Play a critical role in analyzing and evaluating commercial product performance and making recommendations for improvement. You will be responsible for gathering and analyzing market data, monitoring industry trends, and identifying potential product enhancements or new product opportunities. Your insights and recommendations will directly contribute to the development and success of our client's commercial product portfolio.


This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to effectively communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred in the area of business management, mathematics, management information, finance, actuarial science, economics, or other analyticsrelated field.
  • Gathers and manipulates data and information to analyze and work on moderately scoped issues, recommending actions to achieve business goals.
  • Collaborates with business partners to understand desired business outcomes and offers product perspective and expertise.
  • Completes and maintains competitive and market plan analysis within the limited region or part of a region and support from leader.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a product analyst, preferably in commercial product development or management.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze market data to drive product decisions and strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present complex information to stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel or SQL.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance products and the insurance industry is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
