Job Description:

Multiple Project handling - Productivity, Customer Satisfaction

Qualifications:

5+ years of managerial experience in IT industry
Strong in managing activities related to Projects and IT activities
Good in manage aspects of Project life cycle to facilitate successful delivery and executive team
Develop and oversee detailed project plans
Identify, analyze and recommend project situations to management
Establish detailed project plans and metrics, work plans, schedules, resource plans and status reports
Identity project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
Provide project leadership, work direction and feedback
Motivate team to work outside of direct authority to ensure project milestones and deliverables
Capable of resolving escalations arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments
