We are recruiting for an experienced professional to be part of building and operating the Data & Analytics team within KDN.

In this role, you will work with KPMG companies' audit teams to extract data from client ERP systems to enable automated audit procedures.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead and be part of the team of up to 34 people that is responsible for Audit Data & Analytics service delivery and ensure timely and quality audit deliverables.
  • Monitoring work, coaching, managing, and motivating the team to ensure deliverable meet necessary quality standards and agreed SLA's.
  • Participate in the design, development, and implement fixes and enhancements to new or existing modules or services. This would include preparing training materials as well as designing the processes and procedures for users, administrators, and delivery team members.
  • Process large data extracts from client ERP systems into the KPMG proprietary tool.
  • Identification of issues/missing information and managing & tracking the open issues until resolved.
  • Coordinate with engagement teams to obtain the required data to perform audit D&A solutions.
  • Understand ERP systems from Functional or Technological-Functional perspective.
  • Work with KPMG engagement teams to discuss the output of our services. This would include using analytic & visualization tools (e.g. Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, etc.) to perform and present analytic routines to the engagement team in a user friendly and insightful format.
  • Build strong domain expertise (Accounting & Auditing), ERP specific and Industry knowledge to enable effective collaboration with International counterparts in KPMG and Clients.
  • Maintain data confidentiality and adhere to the risk management policy.


We are seeking team members who are able to manipulate data from ERP systems, hence the ideal technical skills are a combination of data analytics/IT and accounting/finance/audit, gained through education and/or experience.


  • Degree level education in IT or related field or Finance/economics Accounting with a strong specialization in data/ERP/Data Analytics.
  • 35 years in data & analytics and tools (such as Excel, Alteryx, Power BI, Oracle, SAP, SQL).
  • Experience working with PL/SQL to manage data in Oracle E-Business suite (R11, R12 or Fusion).
  • Working knowledge of any ERP System (SAP/Oracle/MS Navision etc.).
  • Proficient or fluent English and proficient or fluent Spanish.
