- ZF is looking for a Responsible Sourcing
- Supply Chain Analyst for our location in Monterrey_
Responsibilities:
- Central contact person and multiplier within regions on the topic of Responsible Sourcing
- Interface and close cooperation with Subsupplier mapping platform to identify risk
- Interface with MM Sustainability Team but also Commodity Purchasing, Customs, sales, etc.
- Assure regional alignment, information flow, communication.
- Stay informed about changes or new regulations and guidelines related to Responsible Sourcing in supply chain impacting regions and Evaluate the implications, drive or implement necessary updates or adjustments.
- Engage with ZF internal and external stakeholders to collaborate on initiatives to incentivate responsible Sourcing in ZF supply Chain
- Support implementation of on demand and on going measures in the regions to be compliant on Responsible Sourcing in North America.
- Develop MM training to spread knowledge of the legal requirement in North America
- Develop MM procedure to monitor subsupplier data, collect actual subsupplier data to validate the risk, initiate subsupplier change with the commodity team as needed, participate in customer inquiries as needed.
- Participate in the Canada's S211 Act in our Supply Chain Transparency Reporting requirement
- Participate in the The MRDH was jointly initiated by a group of German companies from the automotive sector operating in Mexico and is supported by the German Government. It was developed together with representatives from the German and Mexican civil society as well as German trade unions in[JA1] a Multi-StakeholderProcess.
Cooperation with:
Sustainability Business Support Organization (SBS Key Account PP/CP MM Sustainability, Supplier Development, Customs)
Qualifications.
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Supply Chain Management, Business, administration, compliance, or sustainability related discipline.
- 1 ́+3 years of experience in commodity management, purchasing, supplier development, compliance, sustainability topics or equivalent
- Experience in working in a global, crossfunctional organizational structure.
- Proactive cooperation with other functional teams e.g., Program Purchasing, Supplier Development Engineering, Quality, Program Management, Engineering, Controlling, Product Lines, etc.
- Solid analytical, project management, facilitation, and problemsolving skills.
- Strong in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint/Word). Power Bi
- Detail oriented and Good with Big Data Management
- Winning mentality and persuasion skills as well as a high level of integrity and professionalism.
- Energetic, responsive team player who is keen to take initiatives.
- Proactive, organized, and accuracy with attention to detail.
- Safety conscious and flexible.
- Be able to work in a high dynamic organization and to work under pressure.
- Professional communications skills both verbally and in writing with mandatory fluency in English required.
- Minimum Domestic/International travel required.
