Ware Malcomb has an exciting opportunity in our Monterrey office for an Architectural Designer II who will provide design support to Ware Malcomb offices

Architectural Designers are responsible for assisting in the development and production of design concepts and graphics through the use of 3D renderings, computer illustration and hand drafting.

You will also assist in completing planning packages and in the research and documenting of materials.

Architectural Designer II Responsibilities:

Responsible for development of smaller design tasks or modifications to concepts.
Responsible for production of graphics through use of 3D renderings, computer illustration and computer drafting.
Assist in developing and production of design concepts through use of studies (2D and 3D; hand and computer).
Assist in completing planning packages.
Assist in researching and documenting materials and specification.

Architectural Designer II Requirements:

4+ years of experience in the field of Commercial Architectural Design.
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture or related field.
AutoCAD, Adobe Suite, Sketchup and Revit skills.
Familiarity with presentation, photo editing and modelling software.
Model making and illustration abilities preferred.
Basic understanding of site and building design.
Knowledge of building codes and construction methods.
