_Responsibilities _
- _Primary HR point of contact for business, interacting closely with managers and supporting employees on a day-to-day basis._

- _Execute internal HR policies and practices, maintaining and understanding to remain compliant with Mexico labor law and company's integrity standards._

- _Develop and oversee onboarding process including administrative tasks._

- _Analyze and monitor turnover and execute offboarding process._

- _Talent Management and Conflict resolution_

- _Reports payroll incidents and manages benefits administrative process._

- _Develops actions & communications as per company strategy to promote engagement and social responsibility culture._

- _Maintain a high level of communication regarding employees' requirements/issues or business strategy needs._

_ Qualifications _

  • Advanced English Levels_
  • Open to travel and relocation_

_ _

  • Bachlor's Degree. Industrial Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychologist or related._

  • Proficient in Microsoft, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook._
