Are you passionate about leveraging technology to drive business success? We're currently seeking a skilled Zoho CRM Specialist to join our team remotely.

If you're fluent in both Spanish and English and have a knack for optimizing customer relationship management systems, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Configure, customize, and maintain Zoho CRM to meet business requirements.
Develop and implement CRM workflows, automations, and integrations.
Train team members on effective CRM usage and best practices.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure CRM aligns with organizational goals.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Zoho CRM administration and customization.
Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English.
Experience in CRM workflow design, automation, and integration.
Ability to train and support CRM users at various skill levels.
Proven track record of optimizing CRM systems to enhance business performance

Preferred Qualifications:

Zoho CRM certification or equivalent.
Experience working remotely and collaborating with distributed teams.

Salary:
$400 dollars per month
