In HP's Digital & Transformation Office, we are transforming HP's future through discovering, digitizing and making key change improvements to HP's processes.

We are looking for those who can work across borders and who possess the passion to help shape the future of the company.

The Process Factory is looking for a Specialist that is ready to contribute hands-on to the HP's Future Ready strategy.

If you have a lot of experience in process mapping and analysis, are not afraid to learn new technologies (e.g. Signavio) and are a hands-on delivery type of individual, then we want to hear from you

_ Responsibilities:
_

Document AS-IS processes following HP standards.
Understand the underlying systems, tools, data, policies for the processes in scope.
Use process SMEs, process tools and lean and six sigma techniques to identify waste and causes of inefficient and suboptimal process performance.
Document newly designed processes and participate in the reengineering efforts.
Communicate and gain agreement from relevant HP teams as needed.
Develop any required support documentation for process discovery, digitization and improvement initiatives.
Understand the HP business process maturity standards and advocate for process documentation which grow such maturity.
Drive innovation and integration of process documentation and analysis tools into projects and activities in the organization.
Train HP business users on Signavio and documented processes.

_ Education and Experience:
_

Bachelors or Master's Degree or equivalent.
Lean Six Sigma (Green belt) or other Quality certification preferred.
Project management certification such as PMP/PMI certification preferred.
Agile methodology training and/or experience preferred.
Experience with Signavio would be nice to have.
Typically 610 years experience.
Knowledge of the HP's processes would be an advantage.

_ Knowledge and Skills:
_

Extensive experience mapping and analyzing processes.
Proven track record of working in cross functional teams.
Strong process skills with attention to detail, customer first and lean thinking.
Have used data collection and analysis tools and software packages to gather, integrate and analyze information.
Good analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with mastery in English.
Handson getthingsdone attitude.
High degree of flexibility and the ability to work within a fluid, constantly changing environment.
Experience with various team collaboration and process tools, such as Signavio, Visio, Zoom, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Service Now, SmartSheet.
