- Coordinate field service engineers dispatch to service Rockwell products at customer locations to support our users;
- Support to solve issues;
- Communicating with multiple parties by phone, chat and email – customers, distributors, engineers, leadership, etc. in order to understand scope of work to identify skilled and available resources to best address customer needs;
- Collaborate with Specialists and Business Process Owners to identify and develop best practices.
- Support Global Projects;
- Identify trends and escalate to the proper channel.
