| Real Estate Outbound Sales Representative**
THE POSITION

In this role consultants will make outbound calls to real estate agents across America to promote their sales of Home Warranties to their clients.

The agents are a mix of people who are actively selling warranties for us, have sold them in the past, or are new agents in the field.

Our mission is to service American Homeowners looking for home warranty services that will cover the repairs or replacements of their most vital home systems and appliances.

WHAT YOU DO

Place outgoing calls from our calling queue
Manage and document sales process in our CRM tool
Use a script to help guide each call and sell our service
Provide account management for agents whose clients are having an active claim or need additional support from the company
Coordinate fulfillment orders of printed and digital brochures to assist the agents in promoting our Home Warranty

WHAT YOU BRING

3+ Years of Sales and/or Account Management experience selling products/services over the phone or facetoface, within a call center or retail environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Upbeat personality and should sound confident on the phone.
Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce.
Previous experience selling home or auto warranty is a plus.
