SEGOSO MEXICO, Call Center with headquarters in Monterrey, is currently searching for
Customer service agent for collections.

Work activities:


  • Place outbound and receive inbound member communication as directed.
  • Support with data entry activities within the software.
  • Attend all required training and complete compliance courses as assigned.
  • Provide courteous and efficient customer service.
  • Routinely generate reports.

Education and Experience

  • At least two (2) years of work experience in a call center in billing, retentions, sales or tech support.
  • Bilingual
    English/Spanish
  • Strong computer skills.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks.
  • Resultsoriented with excellent customer service and people skills.
