PURCHASING MANAGER

QUAILIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree
At least 8 years of experience in materials operations and supply chain management, portion of which at supervisory capacity

FUNCTIONS:

Supplier on time delivery
Inventory and ITO management (ITO>7)
Buyer metrics execution and management (PO execution >99% and successful rate management)
Shortage resolution and escalation (Close loop follow up and resolution)
VMI execution to enhance the material flexibility >15%
Premium freight in cost control<0.075%
RTV/NNM management (Disposition and aging control)
Standardization of PO executions (SA and supplier portal implementation)
UPPV monitoring
UPPV control and customer claim
System LT / MOQ parameters update (Update the LT and MOQ on time manner)
NPI buying activities (PO execution and spot buy)
Have prospecting, search and negotiation of and with suppliers.
Take care of the interests of the company when negotiating with suppliers
Negotiate and agree on the conditions of contracts, payments and deliveries
Solve conflicts inherent to the purchasing operation
Observe discipline when making purchases by buyers and internal customers.
