Now we are looking for this position:

MBS Payables Manager

Responsibilities:


This role will be accountable for supporting 3 L08 Contracts & Payables Leaders in the execution of Accounts Payable work in support of the PFNA and PBNA.

This position will report to the MBS SC Invoice Management Tower Lead.

This role will be responsible to provide leadership and tactical execution of the Contracts & Payables operations for all teams under scope:
Fleet PBNA & PFNA, PBNA WHD Freight Payables. To deliver the department KPIs and SLAs in support of strategic business initiatives that are critical for success.

SC Invoice Management Payables Manager will oversee SC Leaders focused in the areas of accounts payable, vendors support, vendor maintenance, field support, contract compliance and associated reporting.

The Leader of this team will also be responsible for creating efficiency of the operation, change plan execution and excellent development of the Contracts & Payables team Leaders and Representatives.


Accountabilities / Responsibilities

Payables Manager role will lead a team of 3 Leaders who support the MBS Invoice Management Tower in support of the PFNA and PBNA:

  • Lead and develop capability of a team of SC Leaders responsible for 7-10 Representatives
  • Ensure Accounts Payable duties are executed in compliance within internal audit (SAG/SOX) guidelines
  • Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives
  • Resolve any escalated customer or vendor inquiries in a professional and efficient manner
  • Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders (Operations, Logistics, Sales, Warehouse, Fleet, HQ)
  • Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed
  • Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gain
  • Lead change initiatives and embrace change to deliver key business imperatives

Qualifications:
Years of experience managing people and Accounts payables technical mastery

  • English Fluency required written and verbal
  • Experience as AP manager of Finance Manager/ Leader
  • Demonstrated success managing a team of managers in a servicefocused environment
  • Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (MS office) and payment management systems
  • Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills
  • Must have strong analytical and problemsolving skills in order to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively
  • Strong analytical background, with an ability to analyze complex problems to find actionable, pragmatic solutions.
  • Availability to Travel to USA
  • Software Knowlegde:
  • Office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)
  • Desirable Oracle
  • Desirable SAP S4/Hana
