Eaton's FFD Fluid Filtration Division division is currently seeking a Manufacturing Assistant.

What you'll do:

Job summary
Coordinate the job for a Production team and accomplish the goals and metrics established.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensure the OTD following the Work Orders, subassemblies and material required.
Assign the necessary tasks to the team
Assure MFGPro requirements based on the work order demands, assuring the labor hours earned correctly.
Update the whiteboard area of the metrics and measuring performance
Run and update backlog in a daily basis
Maintain safety stock level
Productivity and efficiency monitoring report
Daily sales and past due report
Other activities related with function assigned by immediate Supervisor

Qualifications:

High school or Technical degree
Must show proficiency in reading and interpreting fabrication, machining and casting drawings, Welding process knowledge, Knowledge on ISO and MESH
Strong problem solving skills, Effective communication skills at all levels of the organization, Basic English
