Are you ready to make your next career move to join our team and support the Learning & Development function of KONE Americas as our People and Communications Learning & Development Coordinator?

  • Part of your responsibilities include but are not limited to:_
  • Coordinating schedules with internal/external trainers and managers or business stakeholders
  • Covering the endtoend process (from initiating the training till successful completion, including follow up communication, feedback survey and storage of the training material).
  • Managing wait lists, enrolments, and cancellations.
  • Communicating with learners by sending invitations, agreeing changes to enrolments, etc.
  • Tracking approvals, prework assignments, test scores or similar depending on the training.
  • Manage the operational elements of selected programs on virtual platforms
  • Responsible for making all the necessary arrangements for inperson trainings including securing training facilities, catering and that all materials are available onsite.
  • Supports other operational activities related to training management including invoices, cost reallocations, documentation management and other activities as needed.
  • As our Learning & Development Coordinator, you will bring 2+ years of Human resources experience; Learning and Development experience strongly preferred. In addition, experience with a Learning Management System will be required, while Workday Learning will be Strongly Preferred. Additionally, outside of a preferred Bachelor's Degree, you will bring excellent bilingual (English/Spanish) verbal and written communication skills to a wide variety of audiences; you must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, all while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service; and you will have excellent computer proficiency (MS Office
  • Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook).
