Support for the integration and homologation of talent development processes, and projects in the Americas Region.


Main Responsibilities

  • Support and Guidance to the internal clients HRBPs and employees.
  • Follow up on the compliance of performance stages and assessment evaluations.


  • Content writing English

  • Spanish.
  • Qualitative and quantitative data analysis.
  • Support in the management of internal reports and indicators.

Position Requirements

  • Student of Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Organized.
  • Taskfocused.
  • Timely followup of processes.
  • Attention to the internal customer.
  • English Advanced.
