Supply Planning Support
Major Tasks

Responsible to keep updated and follow up for rejection and complaints from suppliers. Also, continuous improvement with the suppliers through weekly, bi-weekly or monthly meetings.
Responsible for reporting forecast for the suppliers.
Responsible for the appointment system and guarantee that the information in this system is accurate and according to the Purchase Orders.
Coordination of the training calendar for the Planning: Security, GMP, 6's.
Responsible for clean up the system: destructions, clean up system (obsolete sku), CoCa (change management), new materials & extensions to others warehouses.
Responsible to the PSS activities in Planning: Re control, planning dashboard, outdated orders, PPA, SOTIF, Scheduling + 3, Lines capacities, planning decisions simulator.
Support planning teams and works as backup.
Responsible for POs update in order to have actual information in Orthems and all related systems

Skills:
Level of Education: Bachelor's degree Career: Administration or similar.

Special Knowledge:
SAP and MS Office.

Languages:
Spanish (fluently), English (medium).

Work experience:
At least 4 years working in an administrative position

Competency:
Collaborates, Instills Trust, Proactive.
