Responsible to provide the necessary knowledge to ensure the required Bosch competence level of apprentices in Technical Education Center.

Planning, development and control of theoretical and practical apprenticeship program
Supervision of tasks assigned to apprentices
Provide the necessary Instruction / knowledge to the apprentices
Assure 5's program within TEC (Dual Education Program)
Control indicators for Policy Deployment

Qualifications

Leadership, communication, negotiation, teamwork, high responsibility and sense of urgency, high analytical and skills in problem solving, people oriented, group management, motivator and Self Motivated, Initiative, Selfstarter.
Computer skills, Windows environment and Microsoft office.
Ability to work with several projects at the same time and well organized.
Ability to transfer knowledge to other persons.

Specific Skills:

Mechatronics Instructor:

Analog/digital electronics
Experience (35 years) as mechanical/electronics process or maintenance
Measurement equipment
PLC programming: Siemens, Bosch Rexroth Opcon classic / plus
Electrical Installations
Electrical Control design
Design electromechanical systems for automation or control of manufacturing equipment
Robotics/Cobots
GDT certification
Knowledge in pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systemso Design

CAD:
Solid works

FMS profile design
CNC machine (milling and turn machine)
Semiautomatic machinery (drilling, milling and turn machine)
Manual mechanical process
SMT process desired
