- What will you do?_
- _ Lead multiple technology challenges, prioritizing by customer and business needs._
- _ Through our Knowledge Centered Service (KCS) practices, turn your experience into knowledge for customers and peers._
- _ Work closely with Product Management and Product Development on new leading edge products and technologies._
- _ Ability to focus on overall customer satisfaction and a complete customer experience._
- _ Ability to lead the resolution outcomes of customer's complex technical issues, with mínimal direction._
- _ Working with our newest products and technologies, you are curious and have a growth mind set to continuously learn about our products, sub-systems and other technologies._
- _ Ability to work with a small experienced global team that is passionate about the customer's outcomes, helping each other thrive and being an owner of the resolution._
- _ Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written._
- _ Must be able to articulate deeply complex technical topics to customers, peers, and non-technical personnel in an influential and understandable manner._
- _ Ability to defuse complicated technical and political situations with enterprise customers._
- _ Be an analytical thinker with show attention to detail._
- _ Ability to communicate effectively with management on special projects, including project updates, etc._
- How do you qualify?_
- _ Provide at least 8 years of relevant work experience_
- Knowledge that you will utilize:_
- _ 3-plus years of knowledge of Linux or Unix, preferably at a system administrator level_
- _ Comfortable in a highly technical software support environment_
- _ Experience with network troubleshooting using tools like tcpdump or Wireshark_
- Strong working experience with the following:_
- _ Troubleshooting REST APIs (familiar with JSON and YAML)_
- _ Scripting and/or Automation (eg. Python, Shell scripts, Ansible)_
- _ Cloud platforms and infrastructure (eg. AWS/Azure/GCE, Terraform)_
- _ Shell environments (eg. Bash)_
- _ Familiarity with proxy servers (eg, NGINX)_
- _ Experience with system tools, such as SystemTap and DTrace, are a plus_
- _ Comfortable with the layers of abstraction present in virtualization, encapsulation, and clustered computing environments._
- _ Familiarity with a wide variety of networking topics._
- _ Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently, including technical concepts and terminology. Multiple language skills a plus._
