Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Management and leadership of an engineering team with focused skills on platform Thermal and Mechanical Solutions development.
Research and development of technologies for Thermal-Mechanical Components and Systems solutions.
Lead team execution strategies in support of Intel, market, and customer needs.
Make key strategic technical and business decisions from initial concept to product release.
Build relationships with partner groups.
Define organization roles and responsibilities.
Develop and progress the leaders in the organization (technical and managerial) and instill an inclusive culture.
Management of interorganizational and intergeo relationships.
Management of Mechanical resources to appropriately staff all programs.
Ensure product execution quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications,
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

4+ years of experience as a manager or leading complex projects.
Advanced English and Spanish level.

Preferred Qualifications,
Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants**:

Master's or PHD degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering or related field.
Project management skills.
Liquid cooling knowledge.
Thermal fluids knowledge.
Previous experience working in the Intel environment.

Experience listed would be obtained through a combination of research and/or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
