Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Management and leadership of an engineering team with focused skills on platform Thermal and Mechanical Solutions development.
  • Research and development of technologies for Thermal-Mechanical Components and Systems solutions.
  • Lead team execution strategies in support of Intel, market, and customer needs.
  • Make key strategic technical and business decisions from initial concept to product release.
  • Build relationships with partner groups.
  • Define organization roles and responsibilities.
  • Develop and progress the leaders in the organization (technical and managerial) and instill an inclusive culture.
  • Management of interorganizational and intergeo relationships.
  • Management of Mechanical resources to appropriately staff all programs.
  • Ensure product execution quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications,
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position:

  • 4+ years of experience as a manager or leading complex projects.
  • Advanced English and Spanish level.

Preferred Qualifications,
Qualifications listed as preferred or additional will be considered a plus factor for applicants**:

  • Master's or PHD degree in mechanical or electrical Engineering or related field.
  • Project management skills.
  • Liquid cooling knowledge.
  • Thermal fluids knowledge.
  • Previous experience working in the Intel environment.
Experience listed would be obtained through a combination of research and/or relevant previous job and or internship experiences.

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
