- Utilize Yanfeng Packaging Engineering systems and process to support the various Yanfeng teams
- Facilitate and recommend packaging solutions based on current automotive industry best practices and Yanfeng best in class packaging standards
- Review, investigate, and implement packaging solutions for total land cost and quality improvements for existing programs.
- 5 years plus Automotive Packaging Engineering Experience
- Experience with Packaging Engineering design software or CAD systems
- A degree in packaging or related area is highly desirable
- Strong multi-tasking skills, comfortable working on several projects simultaneously
- Detail oriented, hands on and strong organizational skills
- Team oriented and goal oriented with ability to self-direct and self-motivate
- Leadership, interdependent partnering and conflict & change management skills
- Computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft office
- Travel: 20% to 30% depending on demand
