Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a HR Manager.


What you'll do:


Job Summary

This position is accountable of Driving strategic direction of the business and ensuring achievement of operating and production objectives consistent with Eaton's Policies, plan, organize, direct and control all activities and functions of the human resources department and support other departments in this perspective.

Participates as a key member of plant manager's staff in all critical decisions impacting facility.


Responsibilities:

A. Develop and implement HR practices ( Ethics, philosophy, APEX, OCA, BOC)
B. Develop, maintain, and administer an effective wage and benefit program for salaried and hourly people.
C. Develop and maintain a respectable image and achieve wage and benefit program for salaried and hourly people.
D. Establish and maintain a respectable corporate image in the surrounding communities.
E. Coordinate plant communications efforts.
F. Coordinate Achieve Global program and participate as a trainer.
G. Coordinate actions plans according with survey results
H. Assist in maintaining and atmosphere of continuous improvement and team involvement
I. Support achieve of EBE certification
K. Promotes the company's mission and vision by actively supporting Eaton's ethics and values as well as quality policies.

Motivate and coach employees to maintain high levels of satisfaction, productivity, and quality through effectively utilizing available rewards and recognition channels to encourage and promote desired behaviors and results.

M. Responsible to provide in all area personnel with appropriate training.

Qualifications:


Education level required
A. College degree in administration, business, psychology or similar. "


Years and area of experience required

  • 710 years experience in HR area.

Skills:


Technical knowledge

  • Adept at development and utilization of software solutions,nBroad knowledge in compensations, strong experience in negotiations with unions, broad knowledge in labor law, Ability in recruitment and selection processes, broad training knowledge, understanding of manufacturing technologies and processes, broad financial knowledge for asset management, budgeting and profit plan obtainment.
