Job Summary

  • This role is responsible for managing a team of sales individuals while setting and achieving sales goals in line with organizational objectives. The role nurtures professional relationships with clients and crafts effective sales strategies based on datadriven insights to drive revenue growth. The role ensures compliance of sales activities with industry regulations and analyzes market trends to forecast sales and provide insights to the senior management. At this job the professional will be responsible for the development of ACS sales across LATAM, making sure the ACS BDMs (Sales Specialists) are developing sales of workstations together with the local EUS teams of the territory assigned.

Responsibilities

  • Sets clear and achievable sales goals for the team in alignment with the organization's overall sales objectives.
  • Cultivates strong professional relationships with key IT and business executives at the client's organization to identify opportunities and drive ongoing profitable revenue growth.
  • Assesses and manages employee performance, offering guidance and support to individuals in overcoming selling challenges to drive pursuit and deal closure.
  • Conducts indepth sales forecasting by analyzing historical data and market trends to predict future sales and revenue.
  • Generates and presents comprehensive sales reports to upper management, offering valuable insights into sales performance, trends, and opportunities.
  • Manages the sales budget, making resource allocations, monitoring expenses, and striving for costeffectiveness.
  • Develops methods for supporting change and innovation across the organization to improve sales efficiency.
  • Delivers continuous training and development programs to empower the sales team with enhanced product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer engagement skills.
  • Ensures that the sales team operates within industryspecific regulations while adhering to legal and ethical standards.
  • Performs talent management responsibilities including recruitment, performance management, coaching, and career development.

Education & Experience Recommended**- Four-year or Graduate Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 710 years of jobrelated experience or 57 years of management experience, preferably in sales, business management, project management, or a related field.
