IT Administrator

Manage system specific updates (i.e. Links to Portal Solutions, Updated IT Security/Policy Documentation); expect this will grow to assist other departments.

Assist in compilation / gathering of KPI information for Monthly Reporting requirements (MOR, Monthly KPI)

Portal Security Management (i.e. DDL, Covisint, Office365)

Onboarding, Offboarding Webasto Colleagues related to IT equipment, including training of basic functionality of Webasto IT Environment

Asset Management of IT Equipment within current IT Service Desk / Asset Management Solution (HelpLine)

Manage Audio / Visual Equipment during Company Meetings, Departmental Events (i.e. Supplier Day), as well as the upcoming SAP Template Rollout Activities

Backfill Site Coordinator duties for Holiday / time off as needed

Help adhere to Global Processes (IT Related)

Other Duties as needed
