Objective


The HRBP Specialist MC will contribute to aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units, formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.


Main Responsibilities

  • Position required to support and sustain actual HRBP functions for MC
  • Melting & Sands with a HC of 850 employees.
  • The HRBP maintains an effective level of business literacy about the business unit's financial position, its midrange plans, its culture and its competition.
  • Aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units.
  • Formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver valueadded service to management and employees that reflects the business objectives of the organization.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Engineer
  • Master degree desirable
  • English Business level
  • Organized, innovative, Results Oriented, Strategic Vision, Team Player, Collaborative, People Development, Customer Focus, Crosscultural Versatility
  • 46 Years on Manufacturing Plants (HR Roles / Personnel Administration)
