Are you passionate about visual creativity and have a unique vision for conveying powerful messages through design? Join our team as a Bilingual Art Director We're seeking an innovative individual who can lead and execute impactful visual projects, collaborating with our talented marketing team.

If you're a design expert, possess strong visual communication skills, and are fluent in both English and Spanish, we want to hear from you

Responsibilities:

Lead the creation and execution of compelling and effective visual designs for marketing campaigns.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop visual concepts that communicate key messages in a striking manner.
Supervise and guide the creative team in implementing visual strategies.
Stay updated on design trends and creatively adapt them to our initiatives.
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring design quality and consistency.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Art Director or in a similar creative role.
Strong graphic design skills, proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
Ability to work in a hybrid capacity (office and remote) in Monterrey.
Portfolio showcasing creativity, originality, and the ability to convey messages through design
