The Role:


Key responsible individual for Dealer Order Application Management for Web Based Dealer Ordering (WBDO) and Sales Inventory Management System (SIMS).


Your Impact:


  • Preparation of capacity analysis in plant, make recommendation based on knowledge of the system.
  • Facilitator and distributor in production plant
  • Conduct extensive validation on vehicle line configurations to ensure accuracy and marketing description alignment.
  • Create and update process documentation for External Dealers and internal user audiences.
  • Guide Dealers and company personnel through security setup process and ensure their access has been granted.
  • Interact with company Sales Personnel and various departments to ensure they are trained and comfortable using the tool.
  • Field and triage Dealer inquiries ensuring the concern is documented and addressed; follow progress towards resolution within internal departments.
  • Use all available resources to inform and educate internal customers about the SIMS methodology.
  • Conduct SIMS training sessions with dealers and field personnel.

What You'll Need:


  • Bachelor's degree in administration, Business, Commercial and Industrial Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in demand planning, plant logistics, programming, inventory of a plant.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills (both Spanish and English)
  • Negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work with accuracy under pressures of time and workload.
  • Customer service mindset
  • Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proactive, Good Listener, Team Player, Smart Work Ethic
