Responsabilities:

Type in data provided directly from customers. Data entry.
Take Inbound and outbound calls in English.
Handling calls to provide information and resolve any questions, requests, or problems the client might have

No sales.

Requirements:

Intermediate to Advanced French language skills.
EXCELLENT customer service skills.
Flexible Schedule.
High School Diploma.
Customer service experience not required, but desirable.
Basic computer skills/Good operational computing skills (Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows, Internet Browsers).
Complete documentation: Resume, address, INE, RFC (Constancia de Situación Fiscal), CURP, NSS, 2 Letters of recommendation (personals and from previous jobs).
Proof of Covid19 Vaccination.
