Assistant to US Attorneys

Requirements

:

Fluent Spoken and Written English. At least C1 (Advanced English)

-
In Office Position. Live in Guadalajara or near the area.

:

High School Diploma or Bachelors.
6 months or more in similar positions.
Basic Computer Skills. (Microsoft Office)
Legal Knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.

Some of your activities

:

Support the Attorney's administrative needs.
Legal Documentation Assistance. (No litigation)
Scheduling and confirming appointments for US Lawyers.
Drafting, proofreading, and filing or sending legal documents.
Provide updates to customers.
Appointment setting (Maintain and provide new leads)

What we Offer

:

Base Salary from 12,000.00 to 15,000.00 pesos monthly (Depending on your English and skills)
All Law Benefits.

Referral Program. $5,000.00 pesos BONUS
Monday to Friday. (We do not work as campaigns; you will have your 8hour fixed shift)
