We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a

Infraestructure Engineer.

You will do:

Monitor and ensure all the automation RPA BOTs (VDIs or Nodes) are up and running
Respond to, track, and resolve Jira, Service Now Requests and incidents
Create custom extensions with PowerShell or Python scripts to automate manual tasks
Document processes and operational knowledge base
Build and prepare prod and nonprod environments based on project needs, including data

integrity and integrations

Develop and implement secure automation solutions for development, testing and production

environments

Continually look for opportunities for automation and improvement for prod and nonprod

environment management

Document and publish required documentation for service operation.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Total relevant experience should be around 35 years.
Mandatory o Linux Administration o Windows Administration o Experience with working on an

operational support team. o Managing requests through a standard ticketing system (Jira,

ServiceNow, etc.) o Experience with a scripting language like Python, Bash, Powershell, etc. o

Experience with any Automation tool (WorkFusion, SOROCO, UI Path, Blue Prism, etc.). o Ability

to troubleshoot scripts that automate software delivery and infrastructure delivery capabilities.

English on a conversational level.
Good to have o Certification in Microsoft Azure (AZ900).
Exposure to monitoring tool such as Datadog, Azure Insights and ELK.
Experience with Docker & AKS. o Experience working on microservices based architecture.
SQL Database knowledge like SQL Server, PostgreSQL.
DevOps tools like Ansible and Terraform
