Descripción
Gestiona, desarrolla y lidera las actividades diarias de varios equipos de producción.

Es responsable de las actividades diarias de varios equipos de producción, incluida la gestión de los miembros del equipo, el mantenimiento del orden y la limpieza, y el cumplimiento de los objetivos de producción.

Trabaja de manera transfuncional para recomendar y asegurarse de mejorar la seguridad, la productividad, la calidad y la eficiencia de las operaciones.

Brinda asesoramiento y comentarios a los miembros del equipo del proyecto en cuanto al cumplimiento de tareas y metas; establece las expectativas y aclara las responsabilidades.

Orienta y guía a los miembros del equipo.

Identifica las necesidades de capacitación; desarrolla e implementa planes de capacitación.

Education, Licenses, Certifications College, university, or equivalent degree required.

This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience Intermediate level of supervisory experience required.
