HR Ops Assoc Analyst
Main Purpose
The main purpose of the role is to execute US portfolio services for payroll catalogue leveraging Standard Model of Incidences Consolidation Process ensuring service delivery and SLA fulfilment.
Accountabilities
- Execute payroll services for PepsiCo Frito Lay:
- Receive payroll inputs and validate fulfilment of requirements
- Capture information in payroll systems.
- Ensure payroll meets operation controls by comparing sources of data to confirm matching values according to pay rules, policies & regulations.
- Monitor case reception and release ensuring SLA compliance
- Ensure good customer service and guarantee Service Level Agreements timing and delivery
- Responsible of proper escalation for daily resolution issues
- Deliver services at the defined at the SLAs/KPIs
- Contiue communication and support with local functional teams
- Conciliate and document process deliverables for audit preparation
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in in Industrial Enginner, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Related Field
- Experience in payroll, accounting or finance processes (desirable)
- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong English oral and written communication skills
- Customer focused, adaptable, strong follow up and organizational skills
- Ability to quickly shift and adapt to changes as they come; proactively communicating throughout the process
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time
