Reporting to the Order Fulfillment Manager, you as a Planner Order Fullfillment Analyst will be responsible for monitor Fill Rate, Score Cards and Customer Web Portals for Key Customers.

Manage Stock Transfer Orders between plants.


About the job:

  • Receives, understands and conducts analysis of inquiries received from customers to determine the existence of risk relevant data.
  • Performs false positive review of potential matches and eliminate unqualified hits using sound reasoning logic and customer criteria.
  • Composes clear concise alerts to the customer base that summarize risk relevant activities to assist customer decisions.
  • Fosters a working relationship with customers through daily interaction to understand the customers' business challenges and needs.
  • Builds trust and confidence with customer by assuming a relationship management role.
  • Contacts DC members to ascertain status of previously reported shipping data prior to alerting, which ensures that current, complete and accurate information is reported.
  • Track shipments to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Analyzes data and identifies potential anomalies / questions; follow ups with partners to resolve. Responsible for resolving questions and issues with urgency to meet established timelines; loop in leaders to gain alignment and approval to implement next steps.
  • Location: Remote

About you:

  • Career in Industrial Engineering or equivalent with specialized training in planning, procurement and lean.
  • Fluent in English. 1 year experience.
  • Excel Management.
  • Manufacturing techniques in continuous flow of materials Strong analytical skill
  • Analytical.
  • Ease of communication.
