We are searching for the best talent for Planning Clerk to be in Ciudad Juarez.

Purpose:

To provide administrative support to PP&L Team to facilitate component inventory tracking and order management.


You will be responsible for:


  • Under limited supervision and in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws/regulations and Corporate Johnson & Johnson, procedures and guidelines, this position:
  • Perform purchasing clerical activities, MRO, and other materials (MRP) in the operating system (EOne).
  • May assist with the opening and management of production orders.
  • May assist with raw material shipments.
  • Perform 90 Days process of raw materials and other materials in the operating system (EOne), then follow up with source team for payment process.
  • Will support Buyer Team with TMEC & COO request to suppliers and then pass the information to Customs Department for the correct impartation of the goods.
  • Will support all the related activities to maintain a high inventory accuracy.
  • Execute risk analysis reports as required.
  • Enable assembly order release schedules in accordance with KTR requirements.
  • Initiates and monitors Kan-Ban delivery from external component warehouses.
  • Follows all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.
  • Compliance with safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities.
  • Follow J&J and EES Records Management Policies for Convenience Information, Record Retention Schedules, Training and Education, Document Hold Notices, Records Cleanout, Inactive Records and Information Management, Vital Records, and vendor if applicable.
  • Other responsibilities may be assigned and not all responsibilities may be assigned.
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
  • For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable.
  • Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Performs other duties assigned as needed.

Qualifications:


  • Approximate experience, or equivalent knowledge and skills, necessary to satisfactorily perform the position responsibilities.
  • 01 Year experience in manufacturing environment.
  • Materials experience preferred.
  • Bilingual: English/ Spanish preferred
  • GMP/ ISO knowledge preferred.
  • Communication skills: oral and written.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access required.
  • Knowledge of EES MRP systems preferred.
