Minimum qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing roles.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently.

Preferred qualifications:


  • Experience in consulting and creating online marketing and advertising strategies for performance focused clients.
  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of Google's advertising solutions.
  • Ability to create strategic programs to drive performance (e.g. scalable implementation plans).
  • Ability to work with crossfunctional teams, work as part of culturally diverse teams, and build lasting client relationships, with a datadriven approach.
  • Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Help clients, specialists, and agencies in the region to plan, implement, and monitor extensive product strategies that achieve their business and marketing goals.
  • Partner with Sales, Product Specialists, and agencies' teams to achieve product opportunities and goals with clients.
  • Work with multiple stakeholders to plan, implement, and measure scalable product performance projects across our region, and to identify future opportunities.
  • Manage the execution and delivery of complex campaigns across all Google Ads Solutions ensuring the performance meets customers' Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and maintain an indepth relationship with the client to understand the customers' core business goals and challenges.
