What you'll do for us
- Develop and oversee HR policies and procedures that effectively manage personnel while meeting both local and global Coca-Cola Company requirements.
- Manage personal administration duties, ensuring precise employee records while handling payroll, compensation, headcount, and people cost reports.
- Collaborate with HR Operations and Centers of Expertise to provide comprehensive benefits plans, enhancing the overall employee experience.
- Offer advice on compensation, benefits, and incentive programs, and actively participate in the promotion and recognition processes.
- Resolve incidents swiftly and handle employee relations matters with sensitivity.
- Uphold the Coca-Cola Company's Global Human Rights Policy, ensuring all services are compliant and employees are treated with respect.
- Facilitate employee orientation, creating a warm and welcoming onboarding experience for new team members.
What are the qualifications needed
- At least 2 years of experience in HR roles focused on personnel administration, labor relations, compensation and benefits, staffing, and occupational health.
- Strong written, verbal, and digital communication skills.
- A knack for negotiation, conflict resolution, and organizational effectiveness.
- A bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology, or a related field, with proficiency in English.
- Understanding and respect for cultural diversity are vital, as is the ability to create consistent HR programs throughout our organization.
Desirable skills:
- Data Analytics, Project Management, Change Management, and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Leadership qualities, customer focus, innovation, results delivery, and the ability to collaborate and share good ideas within our global system.
