We are looking for a Production Planner for our manufacturing operation in Tijuana.

Perform coverage analysis for raw material, components, and assemblies.
Analyze and execute reports on shortages/material availability.
Creation/followup of work order according to requirements.
Follow up, schedule, and report expedites
Generate, and follow up on the execution of the production plan
Creates and executes expediting strategies.
Backlog/order management.
Produce daily production reports
Track, communicate, improve planning operation metrics, investigate improvement opportunities
Responsible for the weekly production planning and followup of production control and material flow.
Review/ report/ manage adherence status to the plan
Manage distribution orders and material transactions between plants
Manage highvalue components
Creation of RTV for nonconforming client material
Follow up on the company standards and procedures framed quality systems/document procedures
Trains and develops Planning team members
Analysis of capacity and productivity of production plans.

A bachelor's degree in Operations Management; Supply Chain Management, a related field or equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Spanish. (80%)
